Shipping & Orders
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order via the link in your order confirmation.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address or item, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to help.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it — just contact our support team as soon as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, changes aren’t possible. However, once you receive it, feel free to reach out — we’ll see what we can do to help.
Returns & Issues
You can return your Calmara product within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please use our contact form, select “Returns & Refund” as your reason for contact, and include your order number. This ensures your request reaches the right team and helps us assist you as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and take clear photos of the issue. Our support team may request them to help resolve things quickly. Don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
