To Widen the Ring

Hold your Calmara ring gently between your thumb and index finger. With your other hand, softly pull the two ends apart, adjusting until it feels just right on your finger—secure, yet comfortable.

To Tighten the Ring

Cradle the ring between your fingers and use your other hand to slowly press the ends toward each other. Adjust gradually until the fit feels balanced and snug, without pressure.
